Do I really need Life Insurance?
Do I really need life insurance? This is a question that a lot of people ask themselves time and time again. And with that being said, it is most definitely a valid question. The fact of the matter is that some people need to buy life insurance, whereas others may not have to do so. But before you decide on this one way or the next, you need to do some hard core research on your current financial situation.
Generally speaking, if somebody relies on the money you make to get by, you need to have a life insurance policy. In most cases this holds true if you are married, and of course, it holds true if you have young children.
On the other side of things, if you are single you can probably get away with skipping on life insurance for now. After all, if you were to die nobody would miss the income that you provide. This is not to say that nobody would miss you, but as far as your money is concerned, there is nobody who must have it to get by.
If you are skeptical about buying life insurance because of the cost, keep in mind that there are different types of policies that you can buy. You do not necessarily need to buy the highest level of insurance coverage; the more you buy the more you will pay.
As you can see, some people need life insurance and others do not. You need to answer this question on your own. And remember, it can take some time to figure out just what type and how much life insurance you actually need. This is an important financial decision, and one that you need to consider with care.
