Even if you have the best health insurance around, there are going to be times when you disagree with your provider. For one reason or the next there will be a disagreement and it will be up to you to find a resolution. Claims disputes are quite common. In many cases you may think that a procedure or doctors visit is going to be covered, but soon enough you receive a bill from your health insurance company. Are they right or are you right? If this happens you will want to call your provider on the phone so that you can attempt to get a more detailed account of what is going on.
When you are speaking with a representative of your health insurance company, make sure that you are respectful. Even though you may be right, if you have a bad attitude they are less inclined to help you find an answer. Who knows, a simple mistake may have been made and your health insurance company could pay the bill right away. You never know what happened along the way.
